Rachel S. Hollander – Realtor® | Tucson Native | ABR®, AHWD | Client-Focused Advocate
My love of real estate began in childhood, watching my parents build custom homes in Tucson’s Foothills. Raised in this vibrant city, I attended grade school in the Foothills, graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School, and earned my degree from the University of Arizona. After living in Lanai, Hawaii, San Diego, California, and Fernandina Beach, Florida, I returned home to Tucson in 2011 to be closer to family.
Before entering real estate, I spent ten years at an upscale women’s boutique, where I served as Marketing Manager and Assistant Buyer. I loved getting to know each customer, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service with thoughtful follow-through—skills that now serve me well in real estate.
As a Realtor®, I bring that same personalized care, strong work ethic, and positive energy to every transaction. I believe that listening is the foundation of great service, and I prioritize clear, consistent communication to ensure my clients feel informed, heard, and supported every step of the way.
I’m proud to hold both the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and ATWD certifications, which reflect my commitment to professional growth and delivering expert guidance to my clients.
I also actively volunteer with the Tucson Association of Realtors, serving on the Professional Development Committee and the Technology Committee. These roles allow me to stay ahead of market trends, advocate for agent education, and contribute to the growth and professionalism of our local real estate community.
Whether you're buying or selling, I promise to guide you with care, integrity, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
